Shipping & Delivery
At CLASSIC ONE CO, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Our shipping & delivery service is designed to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that your items will reach you in a timely manner and in perfect condition.
We carefully package all orders to ensure safe transit, and our shipping costs are transparent and competitive, reflecting our dedication to customer satisfaction.
We strive to make the entire shipping process as seamless as possible for our valued customers.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via FedEx with Signature Confirmation (must be 21+ years of age). Orders cannot be combined. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding Federal Holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time they clear our fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are dispatched from our shipping facility. We also are not responsible for any FedEx delays that are outside of our control.
All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Payment of duty and tax charges is the responsibility of the customer.
International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Returns
Upon receiving your order, you will have 5 days to return or exchange your item for a different size.
To request a return, please email classiconeco@yahoo.com with the reason for your return. We will send you a return label upon approval of the return.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with all Classic One of the New tags and designer labels still attached. Footwear must be returned in original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Refunds will be processed upon reception of item.
Frequent returns or unusual pattern/activity will be flagged in our system.
If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify unusual pattern/activity we may cancel or refuse current, future order(s) and returns.

International Returns
International orders are not currently eligible for returns. All sales final, except in the case of error on our part.
STANDARD SHIPPING Delivery in 4-10 business days after placing your order. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update. You can track your package at WWW.FEDEX.COM.Economy Shipping orders will be shipped by UPS Mail Innovations and delivered by FEDEX. At its discretion, FEDEX will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, FEDEX may decide not to leave it at the designated address, and the package may be held for pick up at your local post office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local post office for details. EXPEDITED SHIPPING Orders must be placed before 2:00 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on a Friday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday. Express Next-Day Shipping Delivers by 7:00 p.m. the next business day after placing your order. 2nd Day Shipping Delivers by 7:00 p.m. the second business day after placing your order. Saturday Shipping Available if ordered on a Friday in combination with Next-Day Shipping. Delivers by Saturday, 2:00 p.m. Additional $20. APO AND FPO Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office and Post Office Box (APO/FPO and P.O. Box) addresses will be shipped with FEDEX and will be charged an additional $5 shipping charge. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Once the package is handed off to a Military Delivery Partner there is no tracking available. Standard International Shipping $35 (10-24 business days) Expedited International Shipping $75 (3-10 business days) STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Delivery in 10-24 business days after placing your order. Packages will be shipped by USPS and will be delivered by your local post office or other carrier. Limited tracking information is available. Tracking information is not available. Delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks. *Please note customs and duties are not included in your invoice. Customs & Duties are due on delivery paid to the carrier. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES General All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package the value is the retail classiconeco cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
